hello

this is the deal i'm trying to reformat windows xp on a computer that has alot of virus trojans.and when i reboot and try to get in the bios to config it to boot from the cd-rom first and it won't i hit f8,f10,delete and everything. the only thing i can do is start it from start and run and it won't fully take the old os off what should i do?

Have you tried just inserting the XP CD and reboot? It may already be set to CD as first boot device. Try repeatedly tapping the DEL key during boot to enter setup.
