Im having a problem with my local profile... i dont know exacly what i did that day.. but i changed the wallpaper... shut down the computer and went to sleep... the next morning.. i woke up.. turned on the computer... then i see an error... saying. windows cannot load the local stored profile. Possible causes of this error include security, and some other possible causes... all the problems i have with my computer, ive fixed myself.. this one i dont know where to begin.

well, you may have a bad block on your hdd, or the file may have just become corrupt (ntuser.dat).
i suggest boot up in safe mode, log on as local administrator, if your account is already the administrator, then make another administrator account named something else then make a copy of your profile and all the folders in there, then, delete the ntuser.dat which is a hidden file in c:\documents and settings\\, the reboot and it will make a new fresh one, but you'll still have your my docs and emails, and desktop etc.
then run a chkdsk or something to see if you've got a bad block.

lost profile
Logon to another account with admin privilege and run System Restore.
Choose the most recent restore point and SR should restore the user
