I was running ME, but due to alot of problems I was forced to reformat the drive and when I put an OS on I installed XP Pro. Before I redid the drive I backed alot of files up onto a USB drive. Now when I hook the drive up to the computer, XP tells me its there as removale hardware, but I cant see the drive or the files when I try to access them. Any thoughts>??

Make sure you have all the Windows Updates installed. If you still get the same problem, start a new post and tell us exactly what happens when you click on the drive icon under My Computer (assuming you have a drive icon for the USB device)....
