Comment:

We have a Konica Minolta 7022 business machine attached to a printer via a parallel port (autoswitch). We also have an EPSON TM-8111 receipt printer that we just installed yesterday. Prior to instaling the Epson, the Konica seemed to print perfectly well in all applications. Today, we noticed that it tries to print to A4 paper type while in Internet Explorer. I've done everything from "Restore Default" which brought back the 8.5 x 11 but then somehow changed to A4. We've selected 8.5 x 11 in the Page Setup which brought back the A4. This is all in the IE Print Preferences/Page Setup.

I read in a different post that it might be a program overriding the printing settings to select A4. When I go to Start -- Printers, it shows 8.5 x 11 as being the default and even works well in Word, Adobe, etc. Its just IE wants to see A4!!!

Can someone help with this? I've tried adding the Konica as printer again (perhaps I should have erased the first install first) but still got the same problem. I look forward to any assistance.

Thanks,

Ryan

have you called Minolta or read their FAQ's on their support site?
