XP Network Problem, HELP!

The problem is this, letīs se if someone can help me, Iīve got a network that consists in a PIII with XP Installed and a P100 with W98 installed, te problem I have, is that when I try to access the XP from the other PC, it asks me for a password, and iīve formatted it some days ago, and I didnīt put any password so I donīt know how to do, instead, with the XP PC I can Access without any inconvinience. can anyone help me with this?

If you are using advanced permission based file sharing you have to create an account on the Xp machine with the proper rights and use that username and password in the Win98 Client For Microsoft Networks login screen. (No domain necessary)
