Hi, this problem is hard to describe but i will try my best. When I installed a fresh xp os, When I press ctrl + alt + delete, the a prompt will come up without any changes at the background. Even now, whenever I want to shut down my computer, i can use the shortcut key such as, Windows logo key + "u" (shutdown) + "u" (shUt down, restart , logoff). now i cant do those anymore, i get the prompt for a drop down box. i hope you guys get what i really mean.
