XP manifest verification error

After replacing the corrupted files in ASMS folder I get an error: 'A component file does not match the verification in information present in the component manifest"
and another one:
"Syntax error in gdiplus.man line4".
Any ideas how to deal with it?
The gdiplus.man file is not corrupted and contains a number in the line 4 "
