XP loading error

On a laptop, after the loading screen on XP, it displays the following error: "When trying to update a password, this return status indicates that the value provided as the current password is not correct." then it restarts and keep on doin' the same thing over and over again... Can't go in safe mode, command line, or last good configuration known. Thanks for your help.

um thats pretty hard ok create a windows xp bootdisk, then enter the setup program when it starts up in the dos like thing, which i think is bios it should say press delete for setup or any other key or something like that, then you need to set your fist boot device to your floppy drive ave and exit then put the disk in before it restarts and do a clean install with no passwords
