XP laptop freezes with Linksys NC

I have just connected to Verizon DSL with wireless router attached to desktop PC and a Linksys WPC 11 ver.3 Network card in my XP laptop. Since installing the NC, the laptop freezes frequently. Can anyone help?

I am having the same Identical problem. I have installed the latest WPC11 ver.3 drivers and still a no go. I am installing on a Toshiba 1.6Ghz 256Ram XP Home. Looks up after being in pcmcia slot for 2 seconds.
