xp key in registry? where is it

OS: XP pro
CPU/Ram: PIII 700 / 386mb sdram

my xp installation has become currupted and i need to do a repair install. except ive lost my xp key and the one thats written in system properties doesnt look right to me. its all numbers instead of being a combination of letters and numbers

can i find my original xp key in the registry somewhere?
