Hi, I bought product and installed it using the given driver!
The product did not work so I bought a different one and now everytime I try to install this product XP keeps trying to install the old driver and will not let me touch the new driver!

Hope you can help,

(product connected using USB)

As its a USB device, un-install the old driver. Install the new driver. Then and only then plug the USB device in and it should find the new driver.
