XP absolutely won't save the password in the dialup connection. I've tried recreating the connection, etc. and it just is not saving it. When I try to connect, radius logs tell me that the connection has no password in it whatsoever and of course, it bounces back saying "Invalid username or password." Another interesting thing is I am unable to browse with either Netscape or Explorer. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If its not saving it, it could mean its the wrong password/user name. That would also cause your browsing problems.
It could also be a firewall causing your problem. Do you have zone alarm or another firewall installed?

Try these steps.
~FIRST ATTEMPT~
In Network Connections, double click the dialer and be sure that it is set to Anyone who uses this computer. Then retype the username/password and ensure that there is a check mark in Save this user name and password for the following users.~SECOND ATTEMPT~
If there isn't a selection for Me only or Save this user name for the following users, then in Network Connections, right click on the dialer and select options at the top of the dialer properties. Then be sure to have a check mark next to Prompt for name and password, certificate, etc.

As for your browsing problem...
I assume that you are able to establish a DUN connection.
In the properties of the dialer, click on the Networking tab at the top and be sure that you have a check next to Internet Protocol(TCP/IP). Highlight the Internet Protocol item and click on properties on the mid right. Your ISP may require you to have specific DNS, but now a days, you should be able to obtain DNS automatically. Click on Advanced and make sure there is a check mark next to Use default gateway on remote network. Click OK, OK, OK and you should be OK.

No, no, no. It is the correct username and password. No firewalls. No virus software. XP firewall is turned off. I've solved the problem: it's something wacky with XP. Apparently, when you don't have any users on XP other than "Owner," especially when "Owner" doesn't have a password, XP likes to block your internet access. I ended up adding a user with a password and everything works fine...as long as it's logged in under the user I created.
