My computers icons have changed, when you go start programs you have little black arrows. On my computer it's a mouse, other icons are affected i.e the mail box arrow on the tool bar of internet explorer. The computer works fine but i would like it back to how it should be. Any ideas on how i can do that????

Download and install TweakUI from MicroSoft. It is a utility program for setting many "hidden" settings within Windows.
In the main menu when starting the application, the last section in the menu is 'Repair'. Select this section and there will be a drop-down menu for selecting the area to repair - select 'Rebuild Icons'
