I recently learned that my hard drive's free space was very low. I cleaned it up and now I have 5.5/28.5 GB free. I checked my list of installed programs, and there's like 30 programs called "Windows XP Hotfix". When I click on Uninstall, it shows a list with a big part of my installed programs, and it says that these programs might not run properly if I remove them. One of my buddy who has Windows XP says he doesn't have any Windows XP Hotfix in his list. This looks like a trap. Should I remove these Windows XP Hotfix, will this cause errors? Does it take useless disk space? I really want to free some disk space.
