xp home vs recovery disk

Ok im buying a new computer with xp home on it(recovery disk) and ive already got xp home full version on disk .does the full version one have more or are they the same(ie if i removed the restore xp home and put on the bought one which benifits would i have)

the only gain you would have is that Microsoft would look after all of your in warranty windows problems. The warranty given out by retailers is OEM so you normally have to pay a stupid amount of money if anything goes tits up. The software is the same!

You cant add extra features like the nt backup with the reformat discs. But you can use the reformat and the retail later to add the extras if you need them

since you already have a copy of XP why are you paying for another one??? The copy that you have is much better than the OEM version they'll put on.
