XP Home Share Printer Problem

I have a computer with XP Home, sharing the HP2300 and other computer is XP Pro. after the xp pro connect the shared printer. sometimes the xp pro can print and sometime cannot. but after i reboot the xp home, xp pro can print again. but this situation have not appear in win98. would you kind enough to tell me what is happening, thank you for your help.

upgrade your drivers files in the printer for HP. You should do this for both pc's and then check for a new driver profile from hp also for both machines.
