Hello. I have a quick question for all of you. I've spent the past few days on one of the other threads regarding the msblast virus and found alot of useful information. My question is in regards to the Firewall that comes with XP Home. I primarily use AOL for my internet and I have two computers, a tower PC and Laptop. On the tower, I was able to set up the AOL connection (in the Network Connections folder) to be protected by the firewall, but on the Laptop I was not able to firewall the aol connection. I then went back to my tower to turn off the firewall, and I cannot not. After restarting the computer a few times, I'm still not able to firewall AOL on the Laptop, and I an not able to turn off the firewall on the AOL on the tower computer. Anyone else have this happen with their system. Thanks.

I have a laptop also and I use dial up through MSN and I cannot get to the properties setting to enable my fire wall. Is there a way that I can setup a firewall using dialup and how do I go about blocking ports such as 135 and other vulnerable ports?
