Everytime I try to install windows XP it freezes at the same place (Windows is starting) on the blue screen that boots the installation. I have tried Home and Pro and different CD's of both. I have sucessfully installed 98 and 2000 and tried upgrading from them. I also tried installing from blank. Help! Windows 2000 blows!
CHecked my ram with totally new s---. Turns out my HD cable was actually a HD/Cdrom universal ribbon cable and wasnt throwin enough info back and forth for XP. Swapped it out with a good cable and the s--- flows. Thanx alot for your help though!
