XP Font Folder Error

CPU/Ram: P4 512Mb

I can't open my folder in Windows Explorer or through Control Panel-Fonts.

It says Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.

The Error Signature refers to kernel32.dll

Any suggestions?
