I just got a new computer. As I've done numerous times before, I copied my Favorites to Documents & Settings, My Name, Favorites. But unlike every other time, this time my Favorites aren't showing in my IE Favorites. Any idea why? Thanks.

copy your favourites to any other user in the documents and settings folder (change your view to view hidden/system files). You may not be logged in as the user you think you are! There is an ALL USERS folder, I believe.

Thanks for your reply. I copied all my Favorites to the Users and set the hidden files to be shown and it still didn't make a difference. Any other ideas?

OK this is a bit tricky, but it does work:
make sure you have IE open and minimise it.
Select all your favourites while in windows explorer, then drag them to IE on your taskbar. DONT let go of the mouse button!
when IE pops up, drag them up to your favourites button at the top and you should be able to deposit them inside.
