Can anyone please help. I have a Visioneer 6100B that works fine in 98 and ME, but when scanning, all black areas are converted into a Bright Lime Green ! I am currently running the paperport 6.1 driver. Paperport 8.0 is out but costs more than I paid for the scanner brand new !

I have the same problem. I have the Visioneer 3000 and my scanner will not work with XP. Don't even try and get any help from Visioneer tech.support, personally I don't think they have one. If anyone can help, let me know because I'm sure not getting anywhere with Visioneer.

My Visioneer OneTouch is not even getting recognized in XP. Again, no help from Visioneer and it doesn't appear they plan on providing a driver in the future.

My Visioneer Strobe Serial is now a purple door stop. Visioneer tech support could not be less helpful if they were angling to win an Unhelpful Award. It SUCKS. Are there any flatbed scanners that are as fast as sheetfeeders?

I'm sensing a common theme here. I, too, have a Visioneer Paperport 3100b--won't work with XP. I think the best thing to do considering the lack of help from tech support is to buy another brand! I would even buy new drivers if they were resonably priced, rather than have a new door stop/paper weight that was my scanner up until 2 weeks ago. Their web site says "Will most likely work with XP." YEa right, it won't even recognize this things anymore.
