Xp domain problem

The problem is that when i should share a folder for example. When I am going to add the permissions the users are the local ones not the domains. Under the locations there is nothing about the domain just the local one.
Logging in is no problemo
Anyone please help or give me a hint where to look

Hi, I am not sure about your problem, I want to ask you about ¿How you join to a windows nt domain, without problems, "The specified domain does not exist or could not be contacted" if you know the answer plaese le me know. Thankyou.

I've got the same problem. But it does not happen every time. Of course log-in is in the domain. Any idea?
