Do you check for, and remove, Spyware ??
Spyware info.from Microsoft
Virus and Spyware scans work better in Windows Safe-Mode.

Have you tried a new CMOS battery and is the date changing in the BIOS or not changing ?

This computer is 1 year old and working non stop so battery should be ok.
I did not check BIOS, but I think BIOS and Windows XP allways show this same time. If you change time in windows BIOS will reflect this change and if you change time in BIOS windows will show changed time. But I will check BIOS.
