XP Display Settings

I like the Windows Classic settings for my display settings. These settings do not save and revert back to the XP display settings when I exit Windows. The Start Menu remains in the Clasic format but the start button is the XP logo.

Thanks for the replys. I don't use any Tweak Settings. I am using a Toshiba laptop that installs settings and I have looked through these settings as well. I save the settings and when I go back in the settings after logging on a new session it is still set to Classic but the look is the XP settings.
