Hello I had a serious problem dismorning.... My XP crashed ON ITs OWN..... I was sleeping and i woke up at 4 oclock in the morning, I saw my computer and it had en error message on the screen. I think the error message was Run TIME error or something like that, I was half asleep when this CRAZY ERROR accurred! I had nothing on the desktop and the screen saver is always on and the monitor will turn its self off every 45 min without touching it. So..... There is no possible cause for this error...i know it has nothing to do with heat, cause my computer was at 56 degrees after my operating system crashed.
This error, said someting like RUN TIME, or Error something..... No one or nothing was near the computer to touch it...this is crazy, i am so serious! If any body has expereiced crazy unknown errors, please reply and tell me what u think it is! Oh ya, The Blue Screen of death, came on after i rebooted when i CLICK ok on the little ERROR box, AND I TRY TO PUT IT IN SAFE MODE but the computer kept on restarting by its self
and after it went through the XP loading and was almost in the desktop, the blue screen would pop up super fast and then restart the system, same thing over and over...no key on the key board where stuck! Nothing was infearing! It happen on its own! So give me INFO!!PLEASE, i will thank you personally....

You're using an OS designed by Microsoft. Unexplained crashing is what they do.
A lot.A run time error indicates that a program that was running encountered a string of buggy code that caused it to crap itself.
It could have been just about anything.By chance did you have Automatic Updates enabled?
I'm not saying that caused your problem, but MS's patches are often buggier than the problems they were meant to fix.You may have to resort to a reinstall if you can't even boot into safe mode.
Sorry about your bad XPerience. :)
