tried to repair and reload windows to fix missing or corrupt c:\windows\ifshlp.sys wininit.exe and c:\windows\system\vmm32.vxd.
in reloading install it asked me how i wanted to partition my drive. (didnt do it)
If i load an old win98 disk and go to c:\
I can see all the files for that part of my hard drive. and I aslo can See MY d:\ that is the other partition of bad hard drive.
should I buy a new harddrive and just move my files over with dos commands?
