xp broadband connection vs dialup

scenario: my master computer with 2 nics and isdn adapter nic 1 - local area network (192.168.0.1) nic 2 - broadband conection with a cable modem isdn - connection to my work by dialup to some services (oracle, intraweb, etc) with dinamic ip (192.168.200.xxx) with 10.250.1.200 gateway in my work
problem: when i connect to my work with a isdn dialup connection, i lose the broadband connection until i disconnect this dialup... there is a workarround for this =???

The problem is either in the DNS, your IP address and/or your routing tables.
Try to redefine you routing tables so that all 192.168.x.x goes through your ethernet controller. Check the used DNS, try to define both the companies and your ISP's DNS server definitions to be in your list.
I have a similar problem, which I did not yet completely solve, since I use printers as network printers on my LAN. These printers are on 192.168.x.x also and when I use VPN they are not accessible anymore unless I use an definition in NETBEUI format. But then becomes the domain important......

hmmm, i think that is about routing tables and multiple gateways... but how to make a route add to a dialup connection ??? in this case to 10.250.1.xxx (my work)... i dont have problems in my local network, just the broadband connection to internet linked in another network adapter im my computer...
