I am MAD MAD MAd MAd I just fixed this F£$%*^% Pc i had the UNMOUTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME prob so i put 2 new hared drives innad replaced the cable i was usin an old 40pin cable (illy me)anyways this problem is similarly differnt wen i swich on the pc it boots up all the way posts and alls happy then it gots to the xp pro loading screen YAY anyways then it seams to take a LONg time to load alto it dont sceam to be slow the lines go acros real smoot alto thats proberly irelivent anyhow then the screen will frezz for literlay les thatn a second and then continu and as normal the scren goes black but before the logon screen comes up a blue screen of death pops up too quickly to see just a flas of the blue off it and some jumbled letters then it will go and reboot back to the screen wher it detect your vidio card dam i mad can anyone help before the pc gets some serious hammer treatment my specs are

Duron 900mhz
256meg PC133 SD-RM2
TNT2 64 32meg AGP
Onboard Sound (enabled)
Onboad Lan (enabled)
Onboard VIDcrappy 32meg thing (disabled)
Memorex 12x CD-R/RW
2 13gig HDD canot rmember make
300w Power Supply No Make Brown Box Job
A Skull And Cosbones Sicker O The front

plz plz plz plz plz plz plz help me before the skull and crosbones sticker is inplanted oon the wall behind the PC LoL

that problem is usually the video card drivers.
boot to safe mode. in device manager, remove the drivers, reboot into the windows, add drivers again

no no modes work not even driver rol back could it bee a prob with boot file

Hi,

Did you uncheck Automatically Restart so it stops rebooting over and over? (CONTROL PANEL/SYSTEM/ADVANCED/STARTUP AND RECOVERY)

Then check the bootlog and see whats crashing.

If you get an idea which device is causing the crash, pull it out for the next bootup if possible(soundcard, lancard,, etc.)

Also you can disable all onboard devices in CMOS and see if it starts.

With these ornery incompatibility problems it's best to start it with the minimum of devices and work your way back.

thaks for imput guys but i canot boot ino any modes i will try takin out hardwair but hears the thing i forgot 2 metion i got it wokin fine playin songs and everthing then the pro corped up after win update dam microsoft anyhow ther was a popup sayin file BLA BLA BLA BL update0005647 sumthin like that copuld not be found i ant got around 2 tryin anythin yet but i will try repairin boot file i will get bak 2 ya more input plz if poss
