Comment:

just upgraded copy of xp pro. when goes into windows, system hangs after about 10 seconds: blue screen with grey writing. says windows error...and claims that 'imagedrv.sys' is the problem. problem is that it is a file included in startup/boot files, so same problem happens in safe mode!! how can i boot to command prompt i.e. dos (c:\ drive)? so can manually delete the file there, without goin in2 windows. any suggestions wud b more than helpful. cheers
