I have the following problem with my PC when I started it yesterday : - It made first a chkdsk before starting Windows - Then rebooted, but I cannot acess Windows, I got the following error message : "LSASS system error - an invalid parameter has been given to a service or a function" - I can only press OK, and the PC reboot and gave the same error message. - I tried with F8 quite all the options : unsuccessfull, I only got a new error message now :"LSASS system error - when triing to update a password this backstatus means that the value given as password is not good" (I translate because I'm french and use a french version of XP) - I tried to install and restore XP, but at the end, when it reboots, I allways got that last message. HELP !
