Go to Gigabyte's website and look for updated chipset drivers.

I am having a similar problem.. I have noticed that my BSDs happen while I am using an application that uses the sound devices. I have both Real Player and Windows Media Player (latest version of both) and every time I play anything with sound, it will play for some time but eventually it will BSD on me with different Stop errors every time from 0x00000008 and 0x00000024 and others. Microsoft is no help here it just says it is a device driver causing the problem... I have updated my VIA Technologies Media Controler driver to a version dated of Feb/26/03 but this didnt stop the problem.
I thought too of my memory but is unlikly since it only happens when I play sound and after a while as oposed to immidiatly.
Any comments....?

I was getting lots of the 0x0000050 type blue screens but only when playing games, so I took the side off my pc to check / relocate the RAM and noticed a thick layer of dust on the CPU heatsink. I got my Dyson with brush connection and gave the heatsink and motherboard a good vacuuming. I have not had the blue screen of death since.
Possibly overheating?
