I am experiencing the same problem with GOBACK. I uninstalled and I also removed occurrences of GOBACK in the registry and XP still comes up with the same blocking issue after uninstall.....If you found a solution I would be glad to know....

Roxio says GoBack 3.1 supports XP. However, I cannot upgrade to XP, because the XP install wizard thinks GoBack is *still* istalled on my machine...even though it has been uninstalled. Has anyone found a sloution for this blocking issue? Thanks.
