XP Back up utility missing

When I click:
start>all programs>accessories>system tools>
I should now see a xp utility called backup.

Backup utility is missing. How can I get it back?

Backup utility for XP Home - where is it? On the install CD in \VALUEADD\MSFT\NTBACKUP. Double-click the Ntbackup.msi to start the wizard that installs the Backup utility.
