Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to set WinXP to look for automatic updates from a server on a LAN rather than going off to the MS webservers? You're able to download all the XP updates from the MS corporate website and store them on a share but the next step is to make the XP workstations to grab the hotfixes from your share rather than the internet.
Any ideas?

You could utilise the MSI installer which is part of W2K Server Tools. (WinInstaller) You could download all updates and then have them distributed via WinInstall. However, you must have a W2K server with AD and a Domain structure environment.
