Comment:

Can anybody tell me how to change the automatic log off or "timeout" on xp? XP automatically goes to the welcome screen after about 5 or 10 minutes of not being used. I want to change that to 20 or 30 minutes.

Thank you in advance,

........BGB

or maybe just the screensaver kicking in...
ControlPanel>Display>Screensaver

There you will find that you can also make XP not go to the welcome screen after a screensaver moment.
