I mistakenly removed my audio driver. Can I fix it by downloading my Windows Professional XP disc? If so how? I'm not familar with very technical stuff.

Go to the Dell support site and enter your service tag number. Then download the audio driver and install.

I'm not very good at this. What is the service tag number?

That is the number on the sticker on your case. You do have a Dell computer, don't you?

Click on the link below to take you to the Dell suport site.

I tried the Dell support but when I tried to download it says this Web page cannot be displayed. My connection is ok and I tried to refresh with no luck.
Also its a different driver than I had before.

I don't know why you are having trouble with the Dell site but I would say that if you entered the service tag then that is the correct driver unless you installed an add in card after the fact.
