Comment: I just downloaded the newest drivers off of Mustek's site and tried to get my scanner working, but I run into one of those STOP errors every time. Anyone know how to fix it?

Reply: (edit)I have the same scanner.... I tried the drivers off of their US site... got the same errors... I went to their europe site...
downloaded those drivers... removed the old drivers from my system. then installed the new drivers. bingo... worked like a charm. hope this helps. Tank

Reply: (edit)I removed the old drivers using the add/remove programs utility in the control panel. I then went and removed every reference of Mustek in the system registry. Tank
