My control panel opens but when I hit the Add / Remove progam, it won't populate!
How much time did you give it?
What are your system specs? CPU/RAM?
Have you tried in Safemode?
You may have too much stuff running in the background in normal mode.Goin' Fishin' (Some day)
If you have a slave or external drive, disconnect & try again.
