Ok when I turn on my comp it boot ups fine and it goes to the splash screen loads up but the only problem is that I cant pick the user name it always loads the first user account and I want my kids to pick there name on the logon screen but I dont know how to do that please help! I = Computer stupid

Hit: Start/Control Panel/ User Options. You will see 3 options at the top of the page. Click the bottom option. If you "Uncheck" both options at the top of the new page the unit will ask you to log in every time. Remember to click “Apply Options”
If you look to the middle selection you may find a way to setup individual accounts.

ok simple fix I think, go to start/settings/control panel/user accounts, and under Pick a task... select the 3rd option (change the way users log on or off) then make suer the first box (Use the Welcome screen) is checked.
