I upgraded my pc from xp homeEdition to XP Pro.Now, everything I tried says access denied even though My account has Adminitrative rights. I can not install anything.it says Access denied.help

Eric: try this;

1. log on as "Administrator" in Safe Mode.

2. make sure the service Windows Management Interface is started.

3. may be permissions? see the following link:
