I recently purchased and attempted to install a new color printhead for my Xerox M940 because I was having color problems. After installing the printhead, I get no color what-so-ever. I have tried to uninstall and re-install the printer (a recommendation) but cannot completely un-install it. I get an error message when trying to run "uswxp124.exe" that an "incompatible version is already installed. Completely uninstall xerox m94..." If I try to manually delete the remaining files, I get a message that it cannot delete "monitor.exe". I am at my wits end. I am not in a place to purchase a new printer and this one has worked fine thus far. Can anyone please help?

I tried the web page that you referenced but it doesn't work. I get an error message:
Error: Request contains no data.

Additional info on my problem with M940.
1) I have tried the Xerox website. The don't support my printer anymore and suggest an alternate "pay" website.
2) My main issue is getting the new printhead to even work. I followed the instructions in the manual but I get absolutely no color. I know that there is color ink and I know that they are not clogged.
3) The uswxp124.exe is a file downloaded from the Xerox website in order to use the M940 with Windows XP.
