xcopy not copying big directory

i want to copy 1 file from d\doc\nn.txt to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft
SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\Include but its not working
plz help

If big you mean greater than 2g then you need ntfs instead of fat, otherwise more un-fragmented area, more area, change quota
