I have window folder named 671fe0e808ff60b984cf189de5bf4a8e I belief its system folder by mistake my important data folder moved to inside that system hat folder & I cant read that files or copy , ican see my files name inside that folder ,its pdf. & html but can not be opened or readed nor undo

Firstly if it's a system file, it's not one that I have ever seen!!?? Maybe some one else can help there...
If you are running a FAT32 system then you can use any dos based os to go in behind windows and move the file.
If you are on NTFS, then you can try a program called MOVE ON BOOT or try BARTS PE boot disk.

Is that folder a sub-folder of other folders ? What are the other folder(s)? Give directory.

its ntfs & that is afolder in the root directory , all my data are moved as files & folder inside that one , I found windiws updte & hotfix files inside that folder , I cant read that files nor copy what is that folder & does my fils damged,i did run naorton & adware nothings
