Comment:

When I try to shut down my machine I get a message that a program is not responding. The name of the program is wupdater.exe. I am told this is either a virus or spyware. Can someone give me simple directions on how to remove this nuisance. I have tried Adaware to no avail and the virus scan does not pick it up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
