Hi richard,
Try to determine which one it is, or do some scans to see if one gets rid of it for you:
▫ wscript.exeAnti-Virus:
▫ [on-line] BitDefender Anti-Virus
▫ [on-line] RAV Anti-Virus (AV Security)
▫ [on-line] ActiveScan Anti-Virus (Panda)
▫ [on-line] HouseCall Anti-Virus (Trend Micro)
▫ nod32 Anti-Virus (eset)
▫ F-Prot Anti-Virus (F-Secure)
▫ AVG Anti-Virus (Grisoft)If you want to find a manual removal procedure, then check the Support(Search) pages at Norton Symantec for a specific one:
▫ [HomePage] Norton SymantecFor control over startups:
▫ StartUp Control Panel (Mike Lin)
