I know I had this problem once before but for the life of me I can't remember what I did to fix it.
I have 2 internal HD's. Maxtor 320G ATA (C:) and a Seagate 750G SATA (D:). I am running WinXP Pro SP2 on the C: drive and WinXP 64 on the D: drive.
In WinXP Pro AND WinXP 64, in My Computer AND Windows Explorer, the icon for the D: drive is what I would call a "generic" or "unknown" icon. The C: drive and my 2 DVD drives show up normally.
Everything works on the D: drive, it's just a graphical representation problem, more of an annoyance than a problem.
Any ideas?
