Writing 2 Cd from hard-drive

hey yeah,
yeah each time i try to burn a cd-r or cd-rw i get the following error ... "Writing to CD failed, HARDWARE ERROR: TRACK FOLLOWING ERROR (4:0×09:0×00)" ... tryed un-installing and re-installing Nero or Clone cd and setting the burn/write speed to a minimum didn't work ... don't know what the problem is ..Please help!!!

My VERY un-expert opinion would be to first try to clean the drive. If that does nothing, then I would suspect a hardware problem with the drive itself.

well i'm quit sure that my hard-drive is working properly.... cause i was reading a cd 2 hard -drive converting it 2 a image file .... and then writing 2 cd from hard-drive, the image file, generated that "hardware error"
