I just re-installed my PC and found that Norton found this W32.Spybot.worm. It keeps popping up although it has been deleted. How do I get rid of this worm?

Sounds like you've run your AV program. Have you run Spybot, AdAware? Do you have a good pop-up blocker such as the Google toolbar? Have you disabled Messenger in Control Panel, Administrative Tools, services? Scroll down to Messenger, hit properties and disable.
All of this will not necessarily get rid of a true virus, but it will help.
