Workgroup Error

I have my laptop and my desktop connected using a Intel Wireless Gateway II and the PC is hooked up using a wire and the Laptop is wireless. When i click "View Workgroup" it shows them both but when i click on the Desktop it says:
\\Computername is not accessible. You might not have permisson to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissons. (space) No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept.
I have the newest .NET framework installed, filesharing enabled, netbios on tcp/ip enabled. And i still cant get it working can anyone help?
