work offline window

with windows xp home edition after i have been on the net i keep getting the Work Offline window opening..how do i disable it?

Try this In regedit, edit the following key value... HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows \CurrentVersion\WebCheck Change the LoadLCE and the LoadSens values from "yes" to "auto" The computer must be rebooted for the changes to take effect. If these values get changed back by themselves after a reboot, then check the Run key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows \CurrentVersion\Run If you find an entry called "loadwc", delete it and reboot again.
